The Mecklenburg County CIS Teen Outreach Uplifting Charlotte (TOUCh) was established in the Fall of 2007. The program is housed out of the Communities In Schools of Charlotte-Mecklenburg, Inc. This program has been postponed in the Fall of 2009.
